Job summary

Erajaya Active Lifestyle in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Community Relations Lead to build and grow active lifestyle communities. You’ll engage runners, cyclists, and other sports groups, plan events, and drive brand partnerships to expand market share.

Candidates should have 5+ years in community management, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to operate in a high-mobility environment. This on-site role focuses on Indonesian markets and local activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in community management or related field.
• Experience handling communities from negotiation to campaign analysis; personal network is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work in a high-mobility working environment.
