Job summary

PT Sarana Mega Fortuna is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead community management, brand activation, and marketing campaigns. You will design activities, manage campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams.

You will build relationships with community members, KOLs, influencers, and partners, monitor results, and contribute ideas to raise awareness and engagement across social channels and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Activation, Community, or related positions.
• Experience managing and developing community, building engagement, and maintaining community relationships.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of social media use and digital marketing trends.

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Public Relations, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Activation, Community, or related positions
• Experience managing and developing community, building engagement, and maintaining community relationships
• Understanding of community engagement strategy, event activation, partnership, and brand awareness
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with targets, high initiative, able to work independently and in teams
• Understanding of social media use and digital marketing trends
• Experience in baby wear, fashion, parenting, mother & child, beauty, or lifestyle industries is a plus
