Job summary

PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia is seeking a Commis for Bakery, Delica and Sushi at the Makassar store. The role involves daily food preparation under the Chef, ensuring quality and adherence to standards, and supervising hygiene and equipment handling.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in Food Production or F&B Service Management with at least 3 years of relevant Korean cuisine experience, and be able to work well in a team under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma's Degree in Food Production or Food & Beverage Service Management.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Chef in Korean food is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the Chef to meet the standard & quality set.
• Estimating daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
• Follow good preservation standards for proper handling of all food products at right temperature.
• Coordinates production, sales targets, improving profit margins, and customer complaints with the Chef.
• Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
• Carry out any other duties as required, especially in visiting and monitoring stores to ensure production is up to standard.
