Job summary

PT Lyman Devindo, based in Jakarta, seeks an onsite Commercial Sales Office/Leasing Officer to manage office property leasing. You will handle inquiries, tours, proposals, and client relationships, negotiating terms and coordinating with internal teams to ensure pricing and availability.

The role requires strong sales and presentation skills, experience in new business development, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
Experience in commercial real estate leasing.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain records.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Fluent Indonesian; working English is a plus; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage leasing activities for office properties.
Handle inquiries, conduct site tours, and prepare proposals for prospective tenants.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and negotiate terms.
Coordinate with internal teams on unit availability and pricing.
Monitor occupancy and pipeline; update sales reports; provide responsive tenant service.
Deliver sales presentations and support marketing initiatives.
Contribute to strategies for new business development in the commercial property segment.
