Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or exhibition leasing, mall, property, or event management.
• Established network with exhibitors, bazaar/event organizers, vendors, and brand sponsors.
• Strong planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the casual leasing/exhibition business.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of lease agreements and related legal aspects.
• Target-oriented, detail-minded, and able to multitask.
• Ability to analyze traffic data and market trends.

Responsabilités

• Support the Lease Department in achieving mall occupancy, rental revenue, and tenant mix targets.
• Identify, approach, and follow up on prospective tenants for vacant and upcoming retail units.
• Prepare and negotiate offers, lease terms, and related documents with prospective and existing tenants.
• Handle renewals and extensions including rental review and retention follow-up.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out and handover with Engineering and Building Management.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor malls, and rental trends; provide input for leasing strategy.
• Proactively source exhibitors, bazaar and event organizers, and brand partners that align with goals.
• Develop and update the rate card, event calendar, and space planning for exhibition areas.
• Prepare leasing documents for exhibition areas and coordinate invoicing with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, tenant regulations, and legal requirements.
