Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Commercial (Ship Conversion & Special Projects) in Batam, Indonesia. You will support planning, execution, and commercial control for ship newbuilds and special projects, ensuring budgets and invoicing align with contract requirements.

Role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, planning, QA/QC, and HSE, managing milestones, and supporting client surveys and change orders to secure cash flow and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in naval architecture, marine engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years in shipyard newbuilding, repair, or marine project management.
• Experience with invoicing, milestone payments, and commercial coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and commercial control of ship projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and QA/QC teams.
• Monitor schedules, progress, and milestones against contracts.
• Assist in handling TQs, design changes, and variation orders.
• Manage surveys and inspections with owners, consultants, and class.
