Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial management or similar role within the trades and services sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations, contract management, and procurement practices.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical and financial management skills with experience in budget management and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant commercial software systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Overseeing contract negotiations, procurement processes, and supplier relationships.
• Monitoring financial performance, budgets, and cost management across commercial operations.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets commercial requirements.
• Preparing commercial reports, analysis, and forecasts to inform business decision-making.
• Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and commercial partnerships.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment between commercial objectives and service delivery.
• Managing tenders, bids, and proposals in accordance with company standards.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and relevant regulations.
