Envisage Recruitment Limited in Batam seeks an accomplished logistics leader to establish and grow the Indonesian operation from the ground up, including setting up the local entity, obtaining required qualifications, building a capable team, and creating a cross-border network linking Indonesia with China and Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Five years+ in logistics, supply chain or freight operations with leadership experience.
• Fluency in Chinese and English; ability to engage with government stakeholders and HQ.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognised university.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Indonesian business by leading registration and launch.
• Recruit, develop and lead the local team and set up warehousing and distribution.
• Drive commercial growth with customers in Batam and broader electronics manufacturing sector.
• Oversee customs clearance, warehousing, distribution and last-mile delivery across Indonesia.
• Coordinate with China HQ and Malaysia to optimise the Indonesia–China transport corridor.
