Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, International Business, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial, contract administration, sales administration, shipping, logistics, or a related role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with good English skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail oriented, responsible, organized, and able to follow up on tasks effectively.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle the administrative and execution process of commercial contracts from signing to completion.
• Monitor contract timelines, obligations, deliverables, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments, including Operations, Finance, Legal, and Accounting.
• Prepare and maintain contracts, supporting documents, invoices, reports, and correspondence.
• Follow up on contract implementation, outstanding documents, billing, and payments.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract records.
• Perform other duties related to commercial and contract administration.
