Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Plastic Processing to join the quality/control team. The role requires leadership in color matching, strong knowledge of plastic resins, and good English communication for team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in color matching, hands-on QC equipment experience (Melt Flow Indexer, Impact Tester, Chroma Meter), and a solid understanding of ISO/ASTM standards for plastics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Plastic Processing.
• Leadership with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Color Matching.
• Good knowledge of properties of plastic resins, additives and pigments.
• Good communication in English; able to work individually or in a team.
• Experience in Quality Control and ability to operate QC equipment like Melt Flow Indexer, Impact Tester, Chroma Meter, etc.
• Understanding of ISO and ASTM standards of plastic properties.

• Color matching according to customer requirements.
• Control proper stock of additives and pigments.
• Maintain 5S and system improvement in the workplace.
• Regular training for members to build up their skills.
