Job summary

PT Citra Plastik Makmur is seeking an experienced QC/QA professional to strengthen its Quality Control & Quality Assurance team. You will monitor quality across materials, processes, and finished goods, drive corrective actions, and lead a small QC team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s in engineering or quality management, plus at least 2 years in QC/QA, ideally with plastic injection molding or automotive manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Quality Management.
• At least 2 years in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding or Automotive Manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QC/QA processes and related standards.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, SOPs, Control Plans and inspection standards.
• Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, root cause analysis and problem-solving methods.
• Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, ISO 9001 and HSE/K3.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Supervisor in managing daily QC/QA activities.
• Supervise implementation of quality standards, SOPs and control plans in production.
• Monitor quality from incoming materials to finished goods.
• Analyze quality issues and customer complaints; implement CAPA.
• Evaluate quality performance and set improvement targets.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse and related departments.
• Conduct and monitor quality inspections, audits and improvements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality reports.
• Lead and develop QC team members to improve skills and performance.
• Support Kaizen and 7 QC Tools based continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and customer requirements.
