Job summary

Kredivo Group is seeking a professional to oversee MIS for collections operations, responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing data, and supporting the tools used by the collections team.

You will collaborate with strategy, operations, and risk management to align MIS outputs with business needs, set monthly targets, and calculate incentives, with a focus on accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in MIS or analytics within financial services, preferably in collections.
• Familiarity with collection management systems platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and high accountability.
• Ability to contribute consistently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS framework for Collection function.
• Ensure all reporting and dashboards are timely updated with 100% accuracy.
• Analyze historical data to set monthly collection targets for teams and individuals.
• Calculate and review monthly incentives to ensure accuracy and fairness.
• Support operation team with day-to-day tools.
• Collaborate with collection strategy, operations, and risk management to align MIS outputs with business needs.
