Job summary

Kredivo is seeking a MIS & Analytics professional to oversee management information systems that support collections operations, maintain dashboards, analyze data, and help set monthly targets.

You will collaborate with collection strategy, operations, and risk management teams to ensure MIS outputs align with business needs, maintain tools, and troubleshoot as required. A minimum of 2 years in MIS/analytics within financial services is expected, with strong communication and accountability.

Responsibilities

This person is responsible for overseeing the management information systems to support collections operations. This role includes maintaining performance dashboards, analyzing collection data, setting monthly targets, calculating incentives, and troubleshooting collection tools.

About you

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS or analytics roles within financial services, preferably in collections(Capacity Planning, Target Calculation)
2. Familiarity with collection management systems platforms
3. Strong analytical and communication abilities
4. Attention to detail and high accountability
5. Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment
