Job summary

Akulaku Group is seeking a data analyst to monitor and improve the Collection process in our Jakarta team. You will leverage data to identify gaps, measure risk, and support regulatory readiness with clear insights for leadership.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and visualization skills, with experience in financial services. You will collaborate across business, risk, and data teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (data science, statistics, math, economics).
• Minimum 4 years as a data analyst, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Strong SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets, and visualization tools (Superset/Power BI/Python).
• Solid understanding of collections operations and delinquency metrics.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Able to communicate complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate monitoring to identify improvement areas in the Collection process.
• Identify potential risks in Collection by data-driven methods.
• Assist manager by delivering insights to evaluate Operations performance.
• Calculate and evaluate incentive calculations for each Collection stage.
• Assist manager handling regulator requests (OJK, APPI, etc.).
• Assist manager handling channeling partners by performance, AR, and analytics.
• Provide daily and weekly reports for Collection Division performance.

Job description

1. 1. Provide accurate and valuable monitoring to identify areas of improvement in the Collection process.
2. 2. Identify any potential risk related Collection process by data driven.
3. 3. Assisting manager on delivering best practice insights to evaluate the Operation performance.
4. 4. Calculate and evaluate the incentive calculation for each stage of Collection.
5. 5. Assisting the manager on fulfilling the regulator request such as OJK, APPI, etc.
6. 6. Assisting manager on handling channeling partners by performance, AR, and analytics.
7. 7. Provide Daily, Weekly, Report Report for Collection Division performance.

1. 1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
2. 2. Minimum 4 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in financial services, fintech, or collection/credit operations
3. 3. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), and visualization/analytics tools such as Superset, Power BI, or Python
4. 4. Strong understanding of collections operations, portfolio management, delinquency metrics, and lending business processes
5. 5. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets
6. 6. Able to communicate complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
