PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Head Office) is seeking an experienced Head of Collection to lead recovery operations, optimize NPLs, and ensure strict compliance with OJK standards. Build and implement strategies to improve recoveries and manage teams across desk and field collection roles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in credit collection, strong leadership, analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and collection systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in credit collection or recovery, preferred in fintech, P2P lending, banking, or multifinance.
• Proven experience in leading collection teams.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management, debt recovery processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement collection strategies to optimize recovery rates and minimize NPLs.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance against KPIs and targets.
• Lead, supervise, and direct collection teams including desk, field collectors, and team leaders.
• Ensure compliance with OJK and other regulatory requirements.
• Analyze borrower repayment behavior, portfolio trends, and risk exposure; provide insights to management.
• Handle escalated delinquency cases and negotiate repayment solutions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Operations to manage default cases and recovery actions.
• Maintain documentation and prepare performance reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement with digital tools, automation, and data-driven strategies.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service in sensitive collection matters.
