Job summary

Ninja Van in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Cold Chain Business Development Assistant Manager to drive growth in our cold chain product for B2C and B2B clients. You will design and execute sales plans, identify and contact new customers, and promote the value of our cold chain solutions.

You will partner with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to refine the offering based on client feedback, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to generate leads and build new business lines.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and dashboards (Salesforce/Metabase).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and run sales plans to grow cold chain product sales for B2C and B2B.
• Find and reach out to new customers via research and direct approaches.
• Promote the benefits of our cold chain product.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver great service.
• Resolve customer problems quickly and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve the product.
• Manage the full sales process end-to-end.
