Job summary

Campos Coffee Roaster role based at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow, Australia. You will roast coffee daily to schedule and deliver consistent flavours, and work with teams to ensure roasts are ready on time.

The position requires attention to detail, focus, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. You should love coffee and be willing to learn the Campos roasting method; basic computer skills and AU working rights are required.

Qualifications

• You are detail oriented and focused.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Passion for coffee and learning the Campos roasting method.
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Physically fit to lift up to 24 kg.
• Valid AU working rights (unlimited preferred).

Responsibilities

• Roast coffee according to the required sensory profile.
• Work with teams to ensure roasts are ready on time.
• Minimise wastage and follow safety/quality protocols.
• Learn about origins, roast profiles, and cupping sessions with experts.
