Job summary

AkzoNobel Indonesia in Cikarang seeks a Process Engineer to drive process optimization and continuous improvement in coatings manufacturing, enhancing product quality and efficiency while upholding HSE standards. You will lead trials, scale-up, SOP development, and data-driven RCA to reduce costs and improve throughput.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical/Industrial Engineering, 2–3 years in process engineering or manufacturing, and strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, SAP/ERP, and MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Chemical/Industrial engineering or related field.
Lean/Six Sigma training preferred.
2–3 years process engineering or manufacturing experience.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
Good troubleshooting and RCA skills.
Proficient in English and MS Office; SAP/ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize coatings manufacturing processes.
Monitor performance, analyze yields, cycle times, losses, and deviations.
Conduct production trials, scale-up, and qualification of new products and equipment.
Create SOPs, WI, SWS, and OPL documents.
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvement projects.
Ensure HSE compliance and safe operations.
