Job summary

Boga Mitra Sarana in Jakarta seeks a dynamic Marketing professional to expand the company’s business reach, forge strategic corporate partnerships, and market industrial catering and facility management services for large-scale projects.

You will identify opportunities in manufacturing, coal mining, oil & gas, and other sectors, manage key accounts, prepare proposals, and lead presentations and tender negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Must have a wide, active, and proven strong network in manufacturing, coal mining, oil & gas, or large-scale commercial sectors.
• Understand e-proc tender processes, commercial proposal preparation, and basic industry regulations.

Responsibilities

PT Boga Mitra Sarana is seeking a dynamic Marketing professional to join our team. This position plays an important role in expanding the company's business reach, establishing strategic partnerships with corporate clients, and marketing industrial catering and facility management services for various commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

Identify, map, and create new business opportunities in the manufacturing, coal mining, oil & gas, and other large-scale commercial sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients (Key Accounts)

Prepare business proposals, deliver presentations, and actively participate in negotiations and tender processes

Analyze market needs and offer targeted facility management service solutions

About you

Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, particularly in Catering & Facility Services, Logistics, or B2B Industrial Support sectors

Must have a wide, active, and proven strong network in the manufacturing, coal mining, oil & gas, or large-scale commercial sectors

Understand e-proc tender processes, commercial proposal preparation, and basic industry regulations (Food Safety, CSMS, etc.)

Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Highly target-oriented with strong self-motivation and willingness to travel on business as required by the company
