Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, including GM role in an international hotel chain.
• Experience managing multiple properties, clusters, or complex hotel operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven success in revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams and developing future leaders across multiple business units.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong background in Sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and operations of two properties achieving financial, operational, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Develop and execute cluster-wide business, sales, marketing, and revenue strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership to property leadership teams across both properties.
• Ensure brand standards, service excellence, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance across each property.
• Drive operational efficiencies and cost control across the cluster.
• Build relationships with guests, owners, business partners, and local stakeholders.
• Monitor key metrics and implement actions to improve financial performance, guest experience, and employee engagement across the cluster.
