• 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, including GM role in an international hotel chain.
• Experience managing multiple properties, clusters, or complex hotel operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven success in revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams and developing future leaders across multiple business units.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong background in Sales is preferred.

• Develop and execute cluster-wide business, sales, marketing, and revenue strategies to maximize profitability, market share, and brand positioning.
• Provide strategic leadership to property leadership teams, fostering collaboration, talent development, and succession planning across both properties.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, service excellence, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance at each property.
• Drive operational efficiencies and resource optimization by identifying opportunities for synergies, cost control, and shared best practices across the cluster.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, owners, business partners, and local stakeholders to enhance the reputation and performance of both properties.
• Monitor key business metrics and implement action plans to improve financial performance, guest experience, and employee engagement across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, including experience as a General Manager within an international hotel chain.
• Previous experience managing multiple properties, clusters, or complex hotel operations is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
