Job summary

Ini Vie Hospitality, Bali-based, seeks a Cluster Ecommerce Executive to manage OTA channels for AKSARI RESORT UBUD and other properties. The role requires 2+ years in E-Commerce, OTA, or digital marketing within hospitality, with strong Excel skills and cross-team coordination.

Proficiency with channel managers and PMS, plus knowledge of online distribution and pricing strategies, is essential for driving occupancy and revenue growth across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, OTA, Digital Marketing, or similar role.
• Experience managing multiple hotel/villa accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and online distribution tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage OTA platforms and hotel accounts for AKSARI RESORT UBUD and others.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, room rates, booking trends, and e-commerce performance.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams.
• Optimize pricing, availability, promotions, and online content.
• Maintain channel managers, PMS, and extranet system usage.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, OTA, Digital Marketing, or a similar position.
• Experience managing multiple hotel, villa, or property accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, and other online booking channels.
• Experienced in managing rates, availability, inventory, promotions, and online content.
• Familiar with channel managers, PMS, extranet systems, and online distribution platforms.
• Able to monitor and analyze occupancy, revenue, room rates, booking trends, and e-commerce performance.
• Strong understanding of online promotions, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to coordinate effectively with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and relevant e-commerce tools.
• Proactive, target-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, villa, or hotel industry is highly preferred.
