Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist and serve members and guests professionally.
• Manage member and guest data in the system.
• Handle membership requests (leave, resignation, transfer, etc.).
• Provide clear and accurate information about club services.
• Process and monitor personal training (PT) sessions.
• Ensure all club facilities are functioning properly.
• Follow company SOPs and participate in training.
• Follow up on expiring memberships.
