Job summary

Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team at Summarecon Villaggio Outlets, Karawang. You will ensure cleanliness and presentation standards across the property and organize staff shifts to meet daily operations.

The ideal candidate has proven housekeeping leadership, can work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays, and maintains a high level of performance with minimal supervision. English proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is a plus; high school graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
• Proven experience in leading and handling a team.
• Willing to work on shifting, weekends and national holidays.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain high performance.
• Customer-oriented and great time management skills.
• Fluent in English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team.
• Conduct regular inspections and uphold a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
• Schedule and organize staff shifts to meet operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Protect equipment and address any inadequacies.
