Job summary

PT InfraCom Technology in Jakarta is seeking a capable Cloud Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will support, maintain, and optimize cloud environments to ensure high availability and security for clients.

Collaboration with internal teams and providers will be key to delivering reliable solutions. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in cloud administration, knowledge of Linux/Windows, and experience with CI/CD and IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and architecture.
• Experience as a Cloud Administrator for at least 2 years.
• Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows operating systems, including basic administration and command-line operations.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation practices.
• Experience in creating technical documentation, maintenance reports, and incident reports.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and optimize cloud environments.
• Provide technical support for new cloud technologies.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in cloud infrastructure.
• Escalate incidents to cloud providers when necessary.
• Conduct periodic configuration reviews, health checks, and infrastructure audits.
• Prepare regular maintenance, support, and operational reports.
• Ensure cloud environments meet performance, availability, and security standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality managed services to clients.
