Job summary

PT Metrodata Electronics, Tbk mencari Cloud Engineer berpengalaman untuk bergabung dengan tim kami. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan insinyur lain untuk memastikan konsistensi sistem dan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna di lingkungan GCP.

Tanggung jawab meliputi memantau beban GCP, menangani permintaan layanan, melakukan health checks, serta mendokumentasikan runbooks dan meningkatkan proses kerja. Posisi on-site dengan peluang kontrak kerja.

Qualifications

• GCP fundamentals mencakup Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM, Monitoring/Logging.
• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Cloud Engineer.
• Fokus pada responsif terhadap SLA dan komunikasi yang jelas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor beban kerja GCP dan triage insiden sesuai SLA.
• Menangani permintaan layanan dengan persetujuan yang tepat.
• Melakukan health check dasar, troubleshooting, dan eskalasi saat diperlukan.
• Membuat runbooks dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan proses serta tooling.
• Identifikasi risiko dan peluang untuk meningkatkan reliabilitas, kinerja, dan biaya.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. If you have excellent skills we would like to meet you. As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Job Desc :

• Monitor GCP workloads and platforms; triage and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Handle service requests (access, deployments, config changes) with proper approvals.
• Perform routine health checks, basic troubleshooting, and escalation when needed.
• Document runbooks and contribute improvements to processes and tooling.
• Proactively identify risks/opportunities to enhance reliability, performance, and cost.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science/Information Technology.
• At least 1 year(s) of experience as Cloud Engineer
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud fundamentals (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM, Monitoring/Logging).
• Highly responsive with strong customer focus and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Continuous learner with the drive to explore and master new GCP services.
• Initiative-taker and proactive problem solver with clear, timely communication.
• Willing to work on a shift-based schedule (may include evenings/weekends/holidays).
