Job summary

Becton Dickinson (BD) is seeking a Business Development & Account Management professional in Jakarta to drive strategic accounts across ICU and cardiovascular centers. You will promote TTM therapy, educate clinicians, and lead demonstrations, with hands-on product expertise and distributor collaboration.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and willingness to travel; located at our Jakarta office with regional scope to advance BD’s global healthcare mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate clinical value to customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Promote evidence-based use of TTM therapy and impact on patient outcomes.
• Serve as the technical expert for BD TTM systems and provide demonstrations and training.
• Coach distributors on product positioning and clinical value; conduct joint visits and reviews.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
