Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the business unit’s performance against sales targets and profitability.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop actionable market strategies.
• Direct portfolio management and lifecycle planning of products and agencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with principals, KOLs, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics and implement improvement plans.
