Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of experience within the healthcare industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, clinical applications, commercial excellence, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Demonstrated experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
• Experience supporting product commercialization, market development, and product launch activities.
• Proven ability to influence customer purchasing decisions through clinical, technical, or commercial expertise.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and local language where applicable.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical branding strategies and drive market development in the assigned territory.
• Own and develop relationships with KOLs, clinical societies, and strategic stakeholders.
• Lead product positioning, clinical support, and channel partner enablement.
• Oversee commercial operations, pricing reviews, and forecasting in the territory.
• Collaborate with regional teams on go-to-market execution and opportunity development.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance while driving growth.
