Wira's Playroom seeks a sub-lead ABA Therapist to guide teams delivering in-classroom and home-visit ABA services. You will carry a practitioner caseload, perform functional assessments, and help develop BIPs within a collaborative clinical setting.
You will report to the Clinical and Therapy Lead, ensuring confidentiality and safety compliance while coordinating with education leaders to optimize student plans. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication are essential.
This is a sub-lead role within the clinical and therapy pillar. You will wear two hats: leading and developing the ABA Therapist teams across both settings (onsite in classrooms and home visits) day-to-day, while maintaining your own practitioner caseload for clinical and functional behaviour assessments. This role reports directly to the Clinical and Therapy Lead.
Oversee the ABA therapy cycle for both onsite and home-visit teams. Review Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs), Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs), caseloads, and session tracking sheets before submitting them to the Clinical and Therapy Lead for final sign-off.
Carry out clinical and functional behaviour assessments, write diagnostic reports within your scope, establish BIP recommendations, and manage your own clinical cases.
Provide behavioural parent training and family guidance regarding behaviour management and home-to-school carryover strategies.
Supervise the ABA team regularly, ensuring field-safety protocols for home visits are met. Handle Level 1 concerns and elevate Level 2-3 concerns up to the Clinical and Therapy Lead.
Partner with the Principal and Education Lead when adjusting student plans.
Ensure absolute confidentiality of records and immediately elevate serious domestic safety or safeguarding concerns.
Master's degree (S2) in Clinical Psychology (Psikologi Klinis) with an active SIPP
Minimum 4 years of relevant clinical practice experience
Proven experience in a supervisory, team lead, or senior practitioner role within behaviour intervention, special education, or pediatric developmental clinics
Strong experience in psychological and developmental assessments
Proficient in standardized assessment tools (e.g., Bayley, Vineland, CARS, PEP-3, Denver)
Demonstrated experience in case management within SEN or therapy center settings
Training or experience in pediatric, neurodevelopmental, or inclusive practices
Excellent clinical report-writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong ability in intervention planning, progress monitoring, and integrated care planning

Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and family-centered communication approach
Commitment to confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding requirements (mandatory training)
Fluent in speaking English and excellent professional communication in Bahasa Indonesia
High emotional maturity, strict discretion, strong structural thinking, and excellent adaptive skills for operations and safety
Strong training background or certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is a major plus
