Wellbees, esnek uzaktan çalışmaya uygun klinik psikolog arayışındadır. Başvuranlar, Wellbees uygulaması üzerinden 40 dakikalık video görüşmeleriyle çalışan yetişkinlere müdahale edeceklerdir.

Gereken nitelikler arasında klinik psikoloji alanında lisans ve yüksek lisans, en az 2 yıl deneyim, çevrimiçi terapi becerileri ve İngilizce yeterliliği bulunmaktadır. Bahasava diller tercihli olmakla birlikte, başvuranlar için esnek çalışma olanakları sunulur.

Qualifications

• Stajlı klinik deneyim gereklidir.
• 2 yıl+ ilgili deneyim aranmaktadır.
• Mevzuata uygun denetim gereklilikleri karşılanmalıdır.
• Uygulama ve çevrimiçi terapi deneyimi avantajdır.
• Bahasa konuşanlar değerlendirilir; İngilizce zorunludur.

Responsibilities

• İş yüküyle ilişkili stres ve zaman yönetimi sorunları olan yetişkinlerle çalışmak.
• Wellbees uygulaması üzerinden 40 dakikalık video görüşmeleri.
• Yüksek kaliteli, güvenli zihinsel sağlık ve iyilik hizmeti sunmak.
• Çevrimiçi danışmanlık deneyimi gereklidir.
• Değerlendirme ve tedavi planı oluşturarak kanıta dayalı müdahale yapmak.
• Güvenlik protokollerine uymak ve hasta mahremiyetini sürdürmek.
• Profesyonel gelişime devam etmek.
• Sunum becerileri tercih edilir.

Position: Clinical Psychologist

Employment Type: Freelance, Appointment-Based

• BS degree in Psychology, MS degree in Clinical Psychology
• Supervised clinical experience
• Experience: 2 years+ of related experience
• All candidates must meet supervision requirements for registration standards.
• Short term psychotherapy and online therapy experience is a plus.
• Bahasa speakers will be considered for the role. English speaking is also a requirement. Other languages are plus.

• Able to engage with adults who present with work-related stress and time management issues.
• Meeting with clients on Wellbees app for 40-minute video meetings.
• Able to provide a high quality, effective, safe mental health & wellbeing service to clients.
• Online counselling experience.
• Delivering comprehensive assessment and formulation that drives an evidence-based intervention for employees.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Continuing professional development.
• Presentation skills and speech delivery is a plus.
