Job summary

Wira's Playroom seeks a sub-lead ABA Therapist to guide teams delivering in-classroom and home-visit ABA services. You will carry a practitioner caseload, perform functional assessments, and help develop BIPs within a collaborative clinical setting.

You will report to the Clinical and Therapy Lead, ensuring confidentiality and safety compliance while coordinating with education leaders to optimize student plans. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with active SIPP.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant clinical practice experience.
• Proven supervisory/leadership experience in behaviour intervention or SEN clinics.
• Strong experience with psychological and developmental assessments.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for report writing and consultations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy cycle for onsite and home-visit teams; review FBAs/BIPs and caseloads.
• Lead and develop ABA Therapist teams; maintain your own clinical caseload.
• Provide behavioural parent training and family guidance on management strategies.
• Supervise field teams, handle Level 1 concerns, escalate higher-level issues.
• Coordinate with Principal and Education Lead on student plan adjustments.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and escalate safeguarding concerns.
