Siloam Hospitals Group's MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi in Jakarta invites a skilled Laboratory Technician (Clinical Pathology) to join its diagnostic team. You will carry out hematology, chemistry, serology, urine and body fluid tests in line with SOPs and ensure prompt data entry and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a minimum Diploma of Health Analyst, has at least 3 years in a hospital laboratory, can communicate effectively with physicians and nurses, and demonstrates strong attention

Responsabilidades

• Carry out laboratory examinations related to hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluids in accordance with predetermined procedures and service standards to support a doctor's diagnosis
• Carry out hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluid examinations in accordance with predetermined SOPs and data entry into the system used to ensure the availability of complete and timely examination data
• Prioritize reporting of CITO, CCU examination results and examination results related to the patient's critical condition so that they can be conveyed quickly to the doctor or nurse
• Record usage and make requests for equipment, carry out preventive maintenance activities to maintain availability, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment used in hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluid examination services
• Record and organize the storage of hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluid examination results to maintain the completeness and availability of examination results

Carrying out laboratory examinations related to hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluids in accordance with predetermined procedures and service standards to be used to support a doctor's diagnosis

Carrying out hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluid examinations in accordance with predetermined SOPs and carrying out data entry into the system used to ensure the availability of complete and timely examination data

Carry out data entry and data release of hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluid examination results according to needs and requests, either using a computer or manually to ensure the availability of complete and timely examination data

Prioritize reporting of CITO, CCU examination results and examination results related to the patient's critical condition so that they can be conveyed as quickly as possible to the doctor or nurse

Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as a responsibility to superiors

Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

Minimum Diploma of Health Analyst

Experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting is a must (at least 3 years)

Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating laboratory equipment.

Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot technical issues.

Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
