Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in sales, customer service, front office, business development, retail, hospitality or healthcare.
• Proficient in explaining programmes clearly and accurately in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing programmes at the branch, including briefing and training before going live.
• Inform and offer programmes to customers during registration, waiting, or payment stages.
• Record offers, sales, and revenue on the branch dashboard and ensure data accuracy.
