Job summary

modernvet seeks a branch-focused marketer with customer service strengths to drive programme execution and sales. You will inform customers about marketing offers, guide purchases, and log daily revenue on the dashboard, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

In this role, you will welcome customers, assist with registrations and payments, and coordinate with Sales & Marketing to relay floor observations for next iterations. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Excel-based reporting are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, front office, business development, retail, hospitality, or healthcare.
Communicative and persuasive with clear explanations of programmes.
Proficient in daily recording and reporting with Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Understand and execute marketing programmes at the branch, including briefing and live rollout.
Inform and offer programmes to customers at registration or payment, guiding purchase.
Log offers, track purchases, and report revenue on the dashboard daily.
Support customer reception, registrations, appointments, and payments per SOP.
Collaborate cross-functionally to feedback observations for programme iterations.
