Job summary

AnyMind Group in Jakarta is seeking an Account Management professional to act as the central contact between sales, operations, and clients. You will manage dozens of campaigns, allocate resources, and report on status in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications, 3+ years in digital marketing, and strong English communication. You’ll collaborate across teams to optimize timelines and campaign delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of campaigns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for client interactions.
• Capability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to stay current with rapidly changing digital marketing landscape.
• Understanding of how digital marketing impacts overall business objectives.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create timelines that ensure work is completed within client deadlines.
• Review current and future timelines and job status with department leads.
• Ensure each member knows assignments based on timeline.
• Work across multiple projects and inform all parties of progress and problems.
• Balance between sales and operations to establish priorities.
• Monitor campaign progress and manage campaign resources; input ideas to improve practices.
