Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Executive team in managing client communication and daily project coordination.
• Assist in preparing project briefs, timelines, proposals, and other client-related documents.
• Support the team in coordinating with internal teams such as Creative, Content, KOL, Production, and Social Media.
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are followed up according to the agreed timeline.
• Assist in communicating project updates, revisions, and requirements to the relevant teams.
• Conduct basic research on clients, brands, competitors, and market trends to support project needs.
• Assist in preparing meeting notes, project updates, and presentation materials.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and client-related files.
• Support other Account Executive activities and administrative tasks as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities relevant to the position as assigned by the supervisor.
