Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams.
• Assist with client requests or escalations as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support (data entry, scheduling, systems updates).
