Job summary

MANUSA is seeking a marketing professional to translate strategies into campaigns and drive tactical execution in Bandung area. You will tailor communication approaches for each client while upholding MANUSA’s brand identity and values.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, support planning and execution of digital and social campaigns, and serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignments with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong English proficiency and presentation skills.
• Proactive, agile, and adaptable with multitasking ability.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proactive, agile, and highly adaptable with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Creative individual with strong negotiation skills, aligned with company values, and a continuous interest in industry trends and developments.
