curcool official is seeking a Client Acquisition Intern to support outreach, lead follow-ups, and client communications from BSD, Tangerang, Indonesia or nearby areas. The role includes collaboration with the Account Executive and potential partnership research to drive Curcool's programs and growth.

The internship focuses on proactive client acquisition, outreach through Threads and WhatsApp, and handling inquiries with a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Final-year student in Communication, Marketing, Management, Public Relations, or other relevant fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in conducting outreach and communicating with prospective clients.
• Familiar with WhatsApp, Threads, and other social media platforms.
• Strong interest in Client Acquisition, Sales, Account Management, or Customer Relations.
• Proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Hybrid Working Arrangement (3x onsite on weekdays, 2x remote on weekend).

Responsibilities

• Support client acquisition activities and maintain effective communication with prospective and existing Curcool clients.
• Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients through Threads, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
• Identify potential leads and follow up to support conversion from inquiry to counseling session booking.
• Respond to inquiries with information on services, schedules, pricing, and booking procedures.
• Research potential partners and support initial outreach and communication with prospective partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Client Acquisition Intern is responsible for supporting client acquisition activities and maintaining effective communication with prospective and existing Curcool clients. This role will work directly with the Account Executive in conducting outreach, following up on leads, handling client inquiries, and identifying potential business/partnership opportunities that can support Curcool's growth and programs.
• Client Acquisition & Outreach - Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients through Threads, WhatsApp, and other relevant communication channels. - Identify potential leads and conduct regular follow-ups to support conversion from initial inquiry to counseling session booking.
• Client Handling & Customer Engagement - Respond to inquiries received through Threads, WhatsApp, and other Curcool communication channels in a professional, responsive, and informative manner. - Provide information regarding services, schedules, booking procedures, pricing, and other relevant details.
• Partnership & Business Opportunity Support - Conduct research on potential partners, including brands, communities, institutions, venues, and other relevant organizations. - Support initial outreach and communication with prospective partners. - Identify potential partnership, collaboration, and sponsorship opportunities that may support Curcool's programs and business growth.
