Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing professional in Subang to drive revenue and market presence within our logistics network.

You will manage the end-to-end sales process, develop and implement campaigns, and build lasting relationships with customers, contributing to growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced shipping environment.

Qualifications

• D3/Bachelor degree in any major or related field.
• At least 2 years of sales & marketing experience.
• Good communication, initiative, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organized multitasking.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, offering, and sales closing.
2. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualification

• Min D3/Bachelor degree all major or related field
• Have at least 2 years working experiences in sales & marketing
• Demonstrate good communication skills, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well organized multitasking
• Communicative and have good English skills, additional language proficiency is a plus
• Excellent in Ms. Office ( esp. excel and power point )
