Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a diligent Project Management Intern in Surabaya to support our civil engineering projects. You will assist planning, scheduling, and reporting with the PM team and gain hands-on experience in real construction environments.

The role requires final-year Civil Engineering students, basic project-management concepts, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. You will read drawings, BOQ, and contracts, coordinate with stakeholders, and help ensure on-time delivery while

Qualifications

• Final-year Civil Engineering student.
• Basic understanding of construction PM and building processes.
• Able to read drawings, BOQ, cost estimates, specs, and contracts.
• Able to read technical drawings and understand project documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and team-oriented.
• Good time management in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM team in planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
• Support the development of project schedules and monitor progress.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist in monitoring work quality, timelines, and compliance with plans.
• Conduct site visits and field inspections as required by project needs.
