Job summary

PT.ZHENGOU INTI INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead epoxy flooring projects for industrial and commercial sites. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to drawings, schedule, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in epoxy flooring, strong knowledge of coating systems, concrete preparation, and safety practices. English is an advantage for project communication and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in epoxy flooring and flat floor projects.
• Candidate should have strong knowledge of epoxy coating systems and floor leveling/flatness standards.
• Proficiency in concrete surface preparation, site supervision, and manpower coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor floor flatness and epoxy application standards.
• Report project progress to management.
• Supervise daily construction activities on site, including concrete casting, columns, and beams.
• Ensure casting activities follow drawings, specs, and schedule.
• Monitor reinforcement, formwork, alignment, level, and dimensions before concrete pouring.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers for smooth execution of structural works.
• Inspect column and beam installations for safety and quality compliance.
• Control concrete quality including slump test, curing, and material usage.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to management.
• Maintain site safety standards and enforce construction safety procedures.
• Identify and solve technical issues related to structural and casting works.

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for industrial and commercial epoxy and flooring projects.

Position

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in epoxy flooring and flat floor projects

Strong knowledge of:

Epoxy coating systems

Floor leveling and flatness standards

Concrete surface preparation

Site supervision and manpower coordination

Able to read project drawings and prepare daily reports

Good leadership and communication skills

Willing to work on-site and travel if required

Safety-oriented and able to manage project timelines

Able to speak English is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering

Experience handling warehouse, factory, parking area, or industrial flooring projects

Familiar with laser screed / floor flatness measurement is an advantage
