Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Department to deliver engineering design and cost planning for infrastructure projects. You will prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and budgets in accordance with approved standards and templates while supporting project delivery on site.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least two years of construction experience, be proficient in AutoCAD and cost estimation (RAB), show strong

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of construction experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, cost estimation (RAB), project inspection.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken, minimum B2).
• Willing to be placed on Site Tebo, Jambi / site Bengalon, Kalimantan Timur.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Design & Cost Planning: Prepare technical drawings, develop accurate BOQ, and establish project budgets.
• Project Management & Construction Supervision: Manage infrastructure, housing, and office building projects from planning to final completion.
• Infrastructure & Asset Maintenance: Develop annual plans for infrastructure utilization and long-term reliability.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance: Ensure construction activities comply with engineering standards, quality requirements, and SHE procedures.

MISSION:

• Engineering Design & Cost Planning: Prepare technical drawings, develop accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and establish project budgets in accordance with approved standards and templates.
• Project Management & Construction Supervision: Manage infrastructure, employee housing, and office building projects from initial planning and budgeting through construction, inspection, and final completion.
• Infrastructure & Asset Maintenance: Ensure effective building asset maintenance and develop annual plans for infrastructure utilization, maintenance, and long-term reliability.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance: Ensure construction activities comply with established engineering standards, quality requirements, and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) procedures in accordance with company SOPs.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction in a similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, cost estimation (RAB), project inspection, and planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken, minimum B2 level).
• Willing to be placed on Site Tebo, Jambi / site Bengalon, Kalimantan Timur.
