Job summary

Mersifarma is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead on-site supervision of civil construction and building maintenance projects. You will interpret designs, prepare estimates, and ensure work adheres to specifications, budget, and safety standards.

The role requires solid planning, cost control, and scheduling skills, along with leadership and coordination with contractors and internal teams. On-site work in Sukabumi area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction, building maintenance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and cost estimation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and SAP/ETABS.
• Excellent planning, cost control, and scheduling skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand civil construction designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare work plans, cost estimates, and budgets (RAB) for civil construction and building maintenance projects.
• Supervise on-site construction and building maintenance activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all activities are completed according to the established schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect construction work, identify technical issues, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain work quality.
• Prepare project progress reports, cost reports, and construction documentation for management review.
