Job summary

Samara Lombok seeks a Civil/Infrastructure Draftsperson to prepare, update and maintain accurate drawings for roads, drainage and earthworks, translating approved inputs into controlled CAD outputs for site teams and contractors.

You will coordinate with engineering, survey and document-control teams, ensure revisions are tracked, and produce as-built documentation from verified records in a fast-paced live project environment. Bahasa Indonesia fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor qualification in Civil Engineering, Engineering Drafting, Construction Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience, preferably on roads, drainage, earthworks or infrastructure projects.
• Strong AutoCAD capability; Autodesk Civil 3D experience is preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, survey information, levels, sections and technical specifications.
• Experience producing construction drawings and as-built documentation in a live project environment.
• Working English is an advantage; strong Bahasa Indonesia communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise civil and infrastructure drawings for roads, drainage, earthworks, retaining structures, utility corridors, site layouts, and related works.
• Develop plans, sections, profiles, details, and construction mark-ups based on approved engineering direction and verified survey data.
• Update drawings for approved design changes and site conditions, and prepare accurate as-built drawings from verified records and red-line mark-ups.
• Coordinate drawing inputs with engineering, architecture, site, survey, infrastructure, and document-control teams, while maintaining organised CAD files, registers, and revision histories.
• Check dimensions, levels, annotations, references, and interfaces before issue, ensuring only approved drawings are released for construction and obsolete revisions are properly superseded.
