IHG Hotels & Resorts in Indonesia is seeking a Chinese Restaurant Manager for Holiday Inn Resort Bintan to oversee daily operations of the Chinese restaurant, ensure service standards, and drive revenue while controlling costs.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of Chinese cuisine and dining culture, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin with guests and partners; you will train staff, maintain hygiene, and collaborate with Culinary and Operations teams to deliver memorable

Formación

• Proven experience as a Chinese Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, dining traditions, restaurant operations, and service standards.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.

• Work closely with the Culinary team to develop menus, promotions, and dining experiences.
• Build strong relationships with guests, business partners, and key stakeholders to support business growth.
• Monitor guest preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

We are looking for a Chinese Restaurant Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan.

As Chinese Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Chinese restaurant, ensuring exceptional dining experiences while achieving service, quality, and financial objectives. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine and dining culture, and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to engage with guests and stakeholders.

You will lead and develop the restaurant team, maintain high standards of food quality and service, ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, and collaborate closely with Culinary and Operations teams to drive revenue, control costs, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Your Day-to-Day

What We Need From You

• Proven experience as a Chinese Restaurant Manager or in a similar restaurant management role, preferably within a hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, dining traditions, restaurant operations, and service standards.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking guests and business partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience in revenue generation, cost control, and inventory management.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences.
