Job summary

PT Bringin Sejahtera Makmur in Jakarta Selatan seeks a seasoned Head of Internal Audit to lead and enhance the internal audit function. You will develop audit charters, plan annual audit programs, assess controls, and report findings to the Board.

The role requires coordinating audit activities, monitoring follow-up actions, and ensuring the quality and professionalism of audit work through competency standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Internal Audit certification
• Experience as Head of Internal Audit Department in Insurance Brokerage/Insurance sector
• Good analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Develop Internal Audit Charter as a guideline for auditors to perform their duties professionally
• Prepare Annual Audit Planning and Work Plans and budgets for the Internal Audit unit
• Coordinate and implement the Annual Audit Work Program in accordance with Annual Audit Planning
• Conduct examination and assessment of Internal Control Systems
• Prepare audit reports and submit them to the Board of Directors, including recommendations for corrective action
• Monitor, analyse and report on the implementation of audit findings follow-up and coordinate with relevant parties in preparing solutions
• Develop programs to evaluate the quality of internal audit activities conducted
• Formulate and provide input on problem-solving from audit findings through accurate analysis
• Review and ensure the smooth process of internal audit by paying attention to the accuracy of methods and problem analysis
• Develop professional competence of auditors in accordance with company-established competency standards
