Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a QA/QC supervisor to oversee incoming inspection and calibration activities across IQC, IPQC, and final inspection. You will strengthen traceability, lead internal audits, and drive CAPA improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role includes updating inspection criteria, analyzing rejection trends, and coordinating with production and purchasing on non-conforming parts, while maintaining robust QMS documentation.

Qualifications

• Lead internal audits for IQC and related quality processes, ensuring CAPA completion and system improvement.
• Perform trend analysis on incoming rejections and drive root cause analysis with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strengthen documentation and traceability through inspection reports, lot traceability, and visual inspection standards.
• Coordinate and communicate quality alerts with production and purchasing teams on non-conforming parts.
• Develop and conduct training for inspectors on calibration, inspection methods, and QMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily incoming inspection of raw materials, machined parts, and components per specifications and drawings.
• Review and update incoming inspection criteria and sampling plans based on customer feedback and audit findings.
• Lead calibration activities for measuring and test equipment in IQC, IPQC, and final inspection areas.
• Maintain QMS documentation including SOPs, WI, control plans, calibration logs, and record retention.
• Coordinate for external audits (Customer, ISO, Certification body) and support management reviews with IQC trend data.
