Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim, a Bali-based premium retail group, is seeking a Quality Management Representative to lead ISO initiatives and maintain the management system. The role requires strong ISO 9001 expertise, audit experience, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement within a multi-unit environment.

You will coordinate internal and external audits, develop and maintain SOPs and documentation, and drive improvements across HR, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Culinary, and Retail teams in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, BA, industrial Eng, quality mgmt or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QMS, ISO, audits, or related functions.
• Experience as MR / ISO Manager or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit processes.
• Experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, FMCG advantageous.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Willing to work in Bali and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ISO Management System implementation and continuous improvement.
• Act as Management Representative and liaise with internal/external bodies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, and documentation.
• Plan and conduct Internal Audits.
• Coordinate External and Surveillance Audits and Certification.
• Monitor findings and corrective actions until closure.
• Prepare Management Review Meetings and action follow-ups.
• Ensure document and record control.
• Align org structure with objectives and SOPs.
• Coordinate job descriptions and authority matrices.
• Provide guidance on ISO standards, audits readiness, and compliance.
• Report system effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Retail, Culinary, etc.
• Travel to Bali locations as required.
